Payments, cancellations and refunds

The pilot policy explains direct payment to tutors, no Tutorium service fee, confirmation without cards, cooling-off rights, cancellations and refunds handled by tutors.

The current free-cancellation rule is more than 24 hours before the lesson; the applicable 14-day statutory cooling-off rights remain separate. Any VAT charged by Tutorium must be identified in the checkout or invoice rather than added silently. A payment status is not proof that a lesson was delivered.
